It’s surely less fine than the classical one but it’s very tasty. It’s appreciated for its qualities and distinctive and aromatic flavor, it’s versatile and it may be relished with mini quiches, hot “bruschetta”, sauces, pasta –as tagliatelle or spaghetti- but also with meat and omelets. It lends itself to a lot of recipes because of its really unique flavor.
